USING OUR SITE
You may use our site and services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or terminate your access if you don’t comply with our policies or if we are investigating alleged misconduct.
OUR SERVICES
All services booked may be subject to inspection upon arrival at the appointment, if an insufficient service is booked we reserve the right to refuse to commence with the job or an agreement for excess charges will be negotiated for continuation of the booking.
All bookings require a non refundable deposit of 25% to secure the agreed date for the service booked.
Water and power can both be supplied via our vehicle, hoses and cables will be used and where possible will be located away from footfall to reduce trip risk, however it will be a working environment so we ask that you take care and advise guests/visitors to the location to also be aware. Due to the volume of power needed for equipment we kindly ask that where at all possible access to a power socket is provided.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the handback of keys upon completion of the service.
Any invoices stating ‘balance due’ must be paid by close of business (5pm) the same day that the service has been carried out, unless a prior agreement has been made between the client and The Car Cleanser, any such arrangement will be given in writing.
If an invoice/payment due remains unpaid, a reminder will subsequently be issued on day 3 , if the invoice remains unpaid after 7 days a final reminder will be issued with the inclusion of a late payment charge of £25.
Should the debt remain unsettled further action will be taken and further recovery costs added to the outstanding balance.
We retain the right to terminate any further jobs for the client in any such instance, alternatively we reserve the right to request payment before any further jobs commence.
BOOKINGS
We ask that changes to bookings or cancellations are made giving 72 hours notice, failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the original service booked, this will be payable upon change or cancellation.
All work will only be carried out on a private driveway or car park (with owners permission) Work cannot be carried out on a main road or public car park.
please ensure your vehicle is located safely for your appointment.
All services are carried out on an appointment only basis.

All images and content are the property of The Car Cleanser and must not be used without prior written permission.
COMMUNICATIONS
We may send you announcements and other important information in connection with your use of our site. You may opt out of some of these communications at any time by requesting to do so.
PRIVACY
We are very careful in the way we handle your personal information and protect your private data, photographs maybe taken of your vehicle for marketing purposes, we will make every effort to ensure personal information and identity is kept private - such as your registration plate, if you do not wish to have photographs taken please inform us at the initial handover of your vehicle, before work commences.
